Solid stay near transit options
friendly staff early breakfast great transport
the reception staff were very friendly and made arrangements for early luggage drop-off. they also prepared breakfast for my early departure which i appreciated. the hotel's proximity to transport was great for access to key destinations.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak.

The common space featured a spacious lounge plus a reception area. These spaces felt cute. an elevator facilitated easy access to the hotel as it sits slightly above street level, very practical.

the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated that they arranged for breakfast before my early departure
the room was dusty throughout unlined garbage cans were present the bathroom contained hair in the bathtub there was no way to adequately ventilate the room even briefly it quickly became unbearably stuffy

the breakfast had ample choices. it was worth it if you like to eat a big breakfast! we were readily given a room with a shower stall instead after a request. goodness one was available!
unfortunately, the cleanliness is at a very low level! there was a lot of dust in the room plus hair in the bathroom from previous guests. the carpet in the rooms is not only unsightly, but also very dirty. we were not given disposable slippers.

surprisingly lovely stay!
friendly staff early luggage convenient location
the staff was friendly and arranged for early luggage drop-off. they also prepared breakfast for my early departure, which i found so thoughtful. the location is quite close to various means of transport, covering the most important directions. the common space, including the lounge and reception area, felt quite spacious!
i noticed a bit of dust in the room.

the people at the front desk were helpful! housekeeping also did an amazing job keeping the room super clean. overall, i was very happy with the provided service, and i felt well-cared for .

the bed was sufficiently very comfy and tidy, nice for restful nights. the room provided plenty of racks and hangers, ensuring organized storage of clothes and essentials. i particularly appreciated the elevator access, simplifying movement from street level to the hotel.

there are plenty of food options nearby plus bus, metro and train stops are all within 500 meters. easy access to shops and restaurants. the safe neighborhood made it easy to explore anytime.
